Shipping policy:

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping time: All orders are shipped with Evri

(UK- 2-5 business days)

(Rest of the world- 6-7 business days)

**NOTE : These are only estimates. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. 

Rani By Kay is not responsible for any lost packages that are marked as "delivered". Once the item has been shipped, it is out of our control. For any lost packages, please file a claim with Evri directly.

Rani By Kay is not responsible for any custom fees for out of country orders.

There will be extra charge for re-shipment fee for any packages sent back to us because of an insufficient address.

 

Refund policy:

Rani By Kay offers a redund if the item is returned within 14 days. Any damaged or missing products must be reported within 5 days of the tracking number stating it was delivered along with photo evidence. If there are any problems with your order please contact us at
